About me

I started my legal career under the esteemed guidance of Justice (Retd.) Syed Hamid Ali Shah at Syed Hamid Ali & Co., where I developed a foundation in corporate and service law with early exposure to legislative and regulatory interpretation.

By 2006, I had co-founded Naqvi Law Associates, steering legal representation in complex civil, commercial, and employment matters. However, it was in 2013, with the launch of Capital Law Company (CLC) in Islamabad, that I transitioned into a multidimensional role—one that merged litigation, legislative drafting, and strategic advisory for both private and public sectors.

My journey also led me into high-impact government service, including as:
• Deputy Director (Law) at Lahore Development Authority (2009–2013), where I oversaw legal reforms, compliance vetting, and municipal policy review.
• Legal Officer at the Gilgit Baltistan Council Secretariat, Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit Baltistan (2013–2017), where I authored policy frameworks and legislative instruments that reshaped the governance and economic potential of the region.
