Mr. Pirzada Yasir Badshah graduated from Abdul Wali Khan University with an LL.B (Hons). He submitted a research paper titled "Violation Against Women in the Pakhtoon Code of Life in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa" as partial fulfilment of the requirements for his law degree. After receiving his LL.B, he was inducted into the Supreme Court of Pakistan as an intern/research associate for one year, where he contributed his knowledge on many aspects of the Supreme Court. Mr. Pirzada also took a course on "International Humanitarian Law and Islamic Law" to advance his legal understanding of these subjects. He joined Capital Law Company (CLC) in July 2018, and the focus of his work primarily includes criminal matters, civil litigation, and family law. Mr. Yasir is an accomplished legal expert and a High Court lawyer. He appears regularly before the District Courts, Special Courts, Tribunals and the Honorable High Courts of Pakistan across the country. As a lawyer, Mr. Yasir has accrued a great deal of experience in a wide range of legal areas, including criminal, civil, employment, and family law. Mr. Yasir plays a proactive role in community affairs because he is conscious of his social obligations. He actively participated in the development of various charitable organizations by assisting them in meeting the required legal requirements, in addition to providing free legal counsel to them.
